Dooley Core Enterprise LLC ("Dooley Core," "we," "our," or "us") develops MILES Edge Companion, a Microsoft Edge browser extension designed to connect a user's browser to the M.I.L.E.S. (Management Intelligence, Logistics & Executive System) desktop application.

MILES Edge Companion allows users to request contextual assistance with authorized webpages, receive navigation guidance, capture selected business information, and use saved business and shipping profiles.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension accesses, how that information is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.

2. Information the Extension May Access

MILES Edge Companion may access the following information when a user explicitly authorizes an interaction with a browser tab:

The active webpage's URL and title.
Visible webpage text, headings, buttons, labels, and other relevant interface elements.
Text selected by the user.
Information from a campaign or business webpage the user chooses to capture.
Form-field labels needed to offer business-information autofill.
Limited extension settings, including an installation identifier used for pairing with the desktop application.

The extension is designed to operate on user-authorized webpages rather than continuously collecting browsing history.

3. Information the Extension Is Designed Not to Collect

MILES Edge Companion is designed not to read or capture:

Passwords entered into website login forms.
Passkeys or authentication secrets.
Multifactor authentication or verification codes.
Payment-card numbers and security codes.
Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in credentials.
Browser authentication cookies or session tokens.

The extension does not perform automated authentication on behalf of users.

Users complete authentication directly through Microsoft Edge and the relevant website.

4. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by MILES Edge Companion is used to provide user-requested functionality, including:

Describing the currently authorized webpage.
Highlighting buttons, links, and form fields requiring user attention.
Assisting with navigation and supervised browser workflows.
Capturing an explicitly selected campaign or business brief.
Filling approved business, contact, and shipping information.
Communicating with the local M.I.L.E.S. desktop application.
Supporting authorized business workflows, such as SellerHQ and MILES Clips.

The extension does not independently submit purchases, join campaigns, accept contractual terms, or initiate payments.

5. Communication With the M.I.L.E.S. Desktop Application

MILES Edge Companion communicates with the locally installed M.I.L.E.S. desktop application using Microsoft Edge Native Messaging.

This communication is designed to occur through a local operating-system channel rather than a publicly accessible website or internet server.

A browser connection requires authorization through the M.I.L.E.S. pairing process.

The extension transfers information relevant to the actions requested by the user.

The extension itself is not designed to maintain a separate cloud database of browsing activity.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services

The M.I.L.E.S. desktop application may use locally installed AI models or separately configured external AI services to fulfill user requests.

If webpage information received through MILES Edge Companion is subsequently processed by an external AI service, that processing must be governed by the desktop application's applicable configuration, user permissions, and privacy disclosures.

MILES Edge Companion is not designed to transmit webpage information directly to an independent extension-operated AI service.

Users should avoid requesting AI analysis of confidential information unless they understand and authorize the applicable data-processing arrangements.

Dooley Core does not sell browser information collected through MILES Edge Companion to advertisers or data brokers.

7. Saved Credentials and Autofill

MILES Edge Companion may interact with the M.I.L.E.S. Credential Vault to offer authorized autofill functionality.

Saved credentials are managed by the desktop application's credential-storage system.

The extension is designed to fill credentials only when the user authorizes an appropriate action for the relevant website.

Business and shipping autofill may include company names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information saved by the user.

The extension is not intended to disclose saved credentials to unrelated websites or AI prompts.

8. Information Storage and Retention

MILES Edge Companion may store a limited extension installation identifier and configuration preferences in Microsoft Edge's extension storage.

Business records, captured campaign information, and other retained workflow data may be stored by the M.I.L.E.S. desktop application according to the user's settings and applicable operational requirements.

Information may remain in the desktop application after the extension is uninstalled.

Removing the extension does not automatically delete records previously saved by M.I.L.E.S.

Users can request assistance reviewing or deleting applicable stored information by contacting Dooley Core.

9. User Control and Consent

Users control when MILES Edge Companion is permitted to interact with webpages.

Available controls may include:

Authorizing a browser connection.
Granting or withdrawing website access.
Choosing a browser tab for assistance.
Pausing or stopping MILES assistance.
Taking manual control of a workflow.
Approving individual autofill or information-capture actions.
Disconnecting or uninstalling the extension.

Users may also manage extension permissions through Microsoft Edge.

The extension is intended to limit access to information necessary for the specific user-requested action.

10. Security

Dooley Core designs MILES Edge Companion to minimize unnecessary access to browser information.

Security measures include:

Local Native Messaging communication.
Browser-to-desktop pairing authorization.
Restricted command handling.
User-directed webpage access.
Separation of authentication fields from ordinary page analysis.
Integration with the M.I.L.E.S. Credential Vault.
Controls intended to prevent websites from issuing unauthorized desktop commands.

No software system can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain updated browser and operating-system software and protect access to their Windows accounts.

11. Browser and Third-Party Websites

MILES Edge Companion operates within Microsoft Edge and may assist users with independently operated websites.

Those websites maintain their own privacy policies, authentication systems, and service terms.

Dooley Core does not control the privacy practices of Microsoft, Google, Whop, Amazon, or other third-party websites.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their applicable policies and agreements.

12. Children's Privacy

MILES Edge Companion is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed toward children under 13.

Dooley Core does not knowingly design the extension to collect personal information from children.

If we learn that information from a child has been improperly collected through our services, we will review and address the matter as required by applicable law.
